MT6615: Add 'Authority type' column in search results

MT6615: Fix authority summary building

Before this fix, we were looping through all fields and subfields to
find a match in the summary. Moreover, the field values were not placed
in the order the librarian wrote.
Now, we parse the summary from beginning to end, replacing tags with
the corresponding value, in one pass.
It is cleaner and much more efficient.

MT5508 Fix some bugs that broke display of z3950 search results

z3950 search results are displayed in tabs (one tab for each server,
and tabs are built in the same order than results for a server are
retrieved. The problem was search is made asynchronously and results
never comes in the same order.
This patch assign an order (based on 'rank' field) to servers in order
to always have the same display and avoid errors in passing parameters
in url (especially the 'tab' parameter).

MT7197: End date now based on start date

MT7202: Fix GetNextDate when periodicity is by week

When previous date was in the last week of a year, but in the beginning
of the next year (e.g. Sunday 01/01/2012) and periodicity is by week
(e.g. 1 issue per week), GetNextDate returned the date of monday of the
next week, but with the wrong year (e.g. 07/01/2013).
This patch fix that.
