This requires us to specify all LDAP mappings in koha-conf.xml in lowercase,
instead of original case used withing LDAP.
Compare readability of
<userid is="hrEduPersonUniqueID" ></userid>
(which doesn't work) with required (and non-intuitive)
<userid is="hredupersonuniqueid" ></userid>
