-cancel, but not both: if both are given, C<&CancelReserve> does
-nothing.
+cancel, but not both: if both are given, C<&CancelReserve> uses
+C<$itemnumber>.
C<$borrowernumber> is the borrower number of the patron on whose
behalf the book was reserved.
